School FAQ's

- Who picks the company sponsors? Can I reject them?
Education Funding Partners will select appropriate sponsors to bring to the District, which has the authority to approve or reject the sponsor. - How do we know how much money our district will receive each year?
During the contracting process, Education Funding Partners and the district will work on a revenue target with annual goals. The district has the right to cancel the EFP contract after one year if not satisfied with EFP's performance. Large public school districts could raise millions of dollars over the first few years of the EFP Program. - Does the EFP Program cost the district any money upfront?
No. All direct costs for creating and placing signage are provided by the sponsorship monies. The district will assign a point person for the EFP contract and contacts at each participating school site. - Our district does not have an approved advertising/sponsorship policy.
Can you help?
Yes. Multiple districts around the country have approved or are in the process of approving formal advertising/sponsorship policies. EFP can provide examples or refer district personnel to other districts for support in this area. - What are the risks and rewards to the district?
The risks are that it takes longer than expected to secure approved sponsors for your district. The rewards are significant multi-year new revenue streams with outside experts — Education Funding Partners — managing the entire program. - What is a "B Corporation?" Why is Education Funding Partners registered as one?
B Corporations are a new designation for socially-responsible enterprises whose missions support multiple stakeholders. We believe this designation reflects our stewardship mentality and holds us to an even higher level of accountability with the district and its many stakeholders, including students, teachers, administrators, parents, communities, and sponsors.
